Yoga can effect changes on many levels within the body . Yoga therapy is the process of applying the different tools of yoga to help an individual find their way to physical and mental wellbeing which can allow them to deepen into a journey of self discovery and authenticity.
Yoga therapy is a complimentary practice that can be beneficial for an array of different ailments such as physical injuries, trauma, stress, digestive problems and hormonal imbalances, to name a few. I specialise in women’s health including pre and post natal as well as digestion and stress related issues. I also offer one to one sessions for children from 7 years old. Group classes are a great way to meet like minded people and are an affordable route for working with a teacher. I teach an in person class once a month in London and weekly classes in person Wednesday evenings in Wilshire and online with Kaylo Life. This is Billies delicious signature Yoga event. This is an evening of Yoga, relaxation, meditation, community and soup. Mats and blocks are provided for anyone who needs them and food is included.
This is an open yoga class and social in the park. We come together over wholesome activities and spend time with our community. All abilities and ages are welcome.
